°Õ³ó±ðÌýcoronavirus pandemic has certainly changed daily routines for everyone, but Knights must ‘Charge On’ as best they can in every circumstance. While UCF is returning to pre-pandemic operations this fall, here are some virtual services available to help students.

:ÌýSARC is available to help you succeed academically during the Fall 2021 semester.ÌýPeer tutors, supplemental-instruction leaders and academic coaches are available to assist online via Zoom at the main and downtown campuses.

UCF Online Connect Center: Registered UCF Online students can access help through this center, which provides advocates and guides throughout your fully online academic experience. Success coaches are available to help locate resources and create effective strategies.

Please note, that this service is intended for students whose entire degree programs are only offered online.

Financial Aid

±«°ä¹ó’sÌýOffice of Student Financial Assistance is offering in-person and virtual meetings via appointment To schedule an appointment, visit the financial aid website.

Schedule a virtual appointment with a financial-assistance counselor to discuss UCF’s financial aid application process or your financial aid status. Appointments should be reserved for information not accessible through  or the financial aid website. Appointments are available for booking up to two weeks in advance.

Financial aid help videos cover topics such as the types of financial aid, how to fill out the FAFSA, understanding your to-do list and more, which can help answer many questions without speaking to someone directly.

Please note: Students who are not anticipated to receive financial aid for Fall 2021 must meet the tuition payment deadline of Friday, Sept. 3. Students who are anticipated to receive financial aid (awards have either been distributed already or are listed as pending in myUCF) for Fall 2021 have a deferred deadline for tuition of Friday, Oct. 29.Ìý 

Health and Wellness

: CAPS offers free services for students who are currently enrolled and located in Florida. CAPS is now offering both in-person and   To reach CAPS by phone, call 407-823-2811.

UCF students also have free access to , a self-guided interactive, web-based program that provides assistance to overcome anxiety, depression and other concerns. The tool walks students through short, helpful videos, brief exercises and how to log their progress.

CAPS also offers group workshops on a variety of topics, and this semester they’ll be offering those in virtual formats, too. .

 is committed to providing high quality, cost-effective, safe, and convenient pharmacy services. The pharmacy is open and available to the UCF community for prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and convenience items. Spring 2021 operation hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.to 6 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Pharmacy items may be picked up in person or may be available for delivery within Florida. Shipping fees are as low as $3 (restrictions apply).

For Pharmacy Pickup:

• Order your prescription by phone at 407-823-6337, or online (for refills)
• When your prescription is ready, you will receive a text
• When you arrive on campus, proceed to the pharmacy exterior, call the number you received via text and have your ID ready.

For Pharmacy Delivery (Florida Addresses Only):

• Call the pharmacy to order your medications and discuss shipping options
• Prescriptions can be shipped with tracking and insurance

: While the Recreation and Wellness Center has launched a phased reopening of physical spaces on campus (including a new online reservation requirement to access the RWC facility on main campus), the department is still offering virtual services through RWC+, an online program that launched in March.

Some services included this fall are:

•  offered virtually on RWC+ and in-person at outdoor spaces, including RWC Park, the William E. and Mary Jo Davis Recreation Area at Lake Claire and Garage B.Ìý.
